On December 31, 2024 our sister company Pope universal corporation (PUC) officially launched operations by issuing its first trench of stock and capitalising!

PUC as a partnership capital enterprise, designed a partner to win and successfully implement contracts and grants. Although the mission similar to PI’s PUC takes collaborations a step further by not only implementing contracts and grants but also bringing capital to the table, providing the leverage to catalyze and fuel partnerships.

Seamless Management Solutions-Our JV Partner

Seamless Management Solutions (SMS) is a disadvantaged women-owned small social enterprise founded in 2020. Its mission is to maximize the financial, social, and environmental well-being of our clients and partners. SMS is dedicated to providing exceptional solutions that have a significant impact and help organizations thrive by demonstrating strong leadership, applying expertise, and using a framework that recognizes the diverse needs of our partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries, including Indigenous Peoples Organizations.

SMS and PI formed S&P Aventura, a small, disadvantaged woman-owned small business joint venture that leverages the two small businesses’ combined strengths, unique capabilities, and expertise.
